Reselling requires written consent. Payments Fees as stated in your Service Agreement. Non-payment after 10 days may result in suspension. Late payments may incur fees. Termination Either party may cancel with 60 days’ notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or violations. Liability We are not liable for indirect damages.
